2. Quotation & Sales Terms

These terms govern all furniture quotations, sales, and project orders issued by Royal Real Touch Office Furniture Manufacturing LLC.

Quotation Validity

• Quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue.

• Prices, designs, and material specifications are subject to change after this period.

Delivery & Storage

• Delivery must be accepted by authorized on-site staff. If delivery is refused or delayed by the client, storage charges and responsibility for delays will be borne by the client.

• Extended storage requests require full balance payment in advance plus any applicable storage fees.

• Delivery occurs only in the presence of the client’s authorized representative, who must attest the delivery note.

Order Confirmation

• The quotation is accepted when the client completes the Customer Acceptance section and confirms the advance payment.

• Upon Order Acknowledgement, no cancellations, alterations, or changes are permitted.

• All goods remain the property of Royal Real Touch until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

• If the client cancels an order after approval and payment of advance, a 25% cancellation fee applies. Only 75% of the deposit will be refunded.

Production & Delivery Timeline

• Production and delivery timelines begin only after client approval of production and trading sheets.

• Additional items or modifications beyond the initial quotation incur extra charges upon mutual agreement.

• Quotations may be revised if quantity, material quality, or task scope changes.

Defects & Warranty

• Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for warranty claims.

• For sofas and chairs, customers must select an alternative fabric or option should the original choice become unavailable after advance payment.

Final Payment

• All outstanding balances must be paid prior to or at the time of delivery.

• Payment terms are generally 30 days via Post-Dated Cheque (PDC) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptance of Terms

• Confirmation of the quotation and advance payment indicates your full acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
