Delivery and Payment Terms

Payment Terms:

Advance Payment: 75% of the total order value is required as an advance payment before processing.
Balance Payment: The remaining 25% must be paid upon delivery.
Payment Compliance: Royal Real Touch Office Furniture reserves the right to withhold delivery if payment terms are not met.
Order Acknowledgement: Once the order is acknowledged, no alterations or returns are allowed.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery is scheduled within 5 to 6 working days from the receipt of full advance payment.
Customer Presence: Delivery will only be completed in the presence of the customer's authorized representative.
Ownership: Until full payment is received, all goods remain the property of Royal Real Touch Office Furniture.
Additional Charges: Any items or services not mentioned in the original quotation will incur additional charges.
Quotation Adjustments: The quotation may be revised upon mutual agreement if there are changes in quantity, material quality, or scope of work.
