Do you have all products available in your showroom?

As a custom manufacturer, we do not carry all models as ready stock. Instead, our showroom displays representative samples of materials, finishes, and furniture models so you can see, feel, and approve exactly what will be produced for you. Once you select your preferred dimensions and colour, your furniture is manufactured to your specifications. Material and finish samples are provided before production begins

Yes. Our design consultation service includes full office space planning and 3D layout visualization before any furniture is manufactured. This service is complimentary for all project-scale orders. It helps you see exactly how your workspace will look, optimize floor space usage, and make confident decisions before committing to production. Our team can work from your floor plans or visit your site in Dubai or across the UAE.

What materials do you use to manufacture your furniture?

We use German-engineered Egger board (E1-grade, low emission), high-quality powder-coated metal frames, premium hardware fittings, and durable laminates available in a wide range of textures and finishes. Our strict no-compromise quality policy means every component — from the substrate board to the smallest hinge — meets international standards for durability, safety, and aesthetics. All materials are well-suited to Dubai's climate and the demands of commercial use.

What warranty do you offer on your office furniture?

Royal Real Touch furniture is backed by a 3 to 5-year warranty depending on the product category. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural integrity, and hardware failure under normal commercial usage conditions. All warranty claims are handled directly by our customer care team — no third parties involved — ensuring fast and professional resolution across Dubai and the wider UAE.

Can I inspect my furniture before it is delivered?

Yes. We prioritize full transparency with our clients. You are welcome to inspect your completed furniture at our facility before delivery to confirm it meets your specifications and quality expectations. This pre-delivery inspection step is available on request for all custom orders and ensures complete satisfaction before the furniture reaches your premises.

Delivery & installation

Do you offer free delivery and installation in Dubai?

Yes. All orders include free professional delivery and installation within Dubai. Our installation team handles full assembly, careful placement, and a final quality check so your workspace is ready to use on the same day. For orders to other emirates, the following delivery charges apply:

Sharjah AED 200 per 3-ton pickup

Ajman / Umm Al Quwain AED 250 per 3-ton pickup

Abu Dhabi / Ras Al Khaimah / Fujairah AED 350 per 3-ton pickup

How long does delivery take for custom office furniture in Dubai?

Standard stock items are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Custom-manufactured pieces are generally ready within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity and scale of the order. For large office fit-out projects, we provide a dedicated production and delivery timeline with regular progress updates. Express production is available on request — contact our team to check current lead times.

Do you deliver office furniture outside Dubai across the UAE and GCC?

Yes. While our primary delivery zone is Dubai and the UAE, we regularly fulfill projects across the GCC — including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain — and the broader MENA region. Can I reschedule or change my delivery after placing an order?

Yes. To reschedule a delivery or update your delivery address, simply contact our customer care team via WhatsApp, email, or phone at least 1 to 2 working days before the confirmed delivery date. For urgent changes, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on logistics availability.

Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?

No. Royal Real Touch provides free professional installation for all products. Our trained installation team will fully assemble, position, and check every piece of furniture in your office. You do not need to lift a finger — your workspace will be ready to use from the moment our team completes the installation.

Can I return furniture after purchase?

Stock items may be returned within 24 hours of delivery provided they are unused and in their original condition. Custom-manufactured furniture cannot be returned as it has been made specifically to your order specifications. We strongly recommend reviewing material samples, dimensions, and 3D designs before approving production to ensure the final product is exactly what you envisioned.
