Royal Real Touch furniture is backed by a 3 to 5-year warranty depending on the product category. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural integrity, and hardware failure under normal commercial usage conditions. All warranty claims are handled directly by our customer care team — no third parties involved — ensuring fast and professional resolution across Dubai and the wider UAE.

Can I inspect my furniture before it is delivered?

Yes. We prioritize full transparency with our clients. You are welcome to inspect your completed furniture at our facility before delivery to confirm it meets your specifications and quality expectations. This pre-delivery inspection step is available on request for all custom orders and ensures complete satisfaction before the furniture reaches your premises.

Delivery & installation

Do you offer free delivery and installation in Dubai?

Yes. All orders include free professional delivery and installation within Dubai. Our installation team handles full assembly, careful placement, and a final quality check so your workspace is ready to use on the same day. For orders to other emirates, the following delivery charges apply:

Sharjah AED 200 per 3-ton pickup

Ajman / Umm Al Quwain AED 250 per 3-ton pickup

Abu Dhabi / Ras Al Khaimah / Fujairah AED 350 per 3-ton pickup

How long does delivery take for custom office furniture in Dubai?

Standard stock items are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Custom-manufactured pieces are generally ready within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity and scale of the order. For large office fit-out projects, we provide a dedicated production and delivery timeline with regular progress updates. Do you deliver office furniture outside Dubai across the UAE and GCC?
